Orders & Shipping
1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We typically need 1–3 business days to prepare your order after payment is confirmed. Then shipping takes 9–12 business days for delivery within the United States.

2. Which carriers do you use?
We ship with DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier is automatically chosen based on your location and package weight.

3. How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping – on all orders of $69.99 USD or more

Flat rate – $7.99 USD for orders under $69.99 USD

4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track it on the carrier's website (DHL, UPS, USPS, or FedEx). Tracking info may take 24–48 hours to update.

6. What materials are your bags mainly made of? Are they durable and eco-friendly?
We prioritize high-quality PU, genuine leather, and eco-friendly recycled polyester fabrics. Our backpacks and handbags are mostly crafted from thickened, wear-resistant, and water-repellent PU/genuine leather, making them ideal for daily commuting. Crossbody bags focus on flexibility and lightweight design. Waist bags emphasize resistance to creasing and easy cleaning. All materials meet environmental standards, and select styles have received OEKO-TEX® certification, ensuring they are safe for both people and the planet.

7. Are waist bags only for sports? How can I style them for everyday wear?
Waist bags have long become a fashion staple. Our designs cover three ways to wear them:

1. Crossbody on the chest: Pair with a blazer or trench coat for a sleek, polished look.

2. On the hip / at the lower back: Style with a dress or wide-leg pants to accentuate your waistline.

3. Clutch mode: Remove the strap and use it as a clutch for dates or evening events.

8. How should petite or tall women choose bag size and strap length?
1. Height under 155cm (5'1"): We recommend a crossbody or waist bag with bag height ≤20cm to avoid lowering the visual center of gravity. Our backpack straps are all adjustable with 5+ settings and can be shortened to 70cm.

2. Height 165–172cm (5'5"–5'8"): For handbags, we suggest a base width ≥25cm to balance your proportions. For backpacks, choose medium or large sizes with widened shoulder straps for added comfort.

3. Height above 172cm (5'8"+): We recommend long-strap crossbody bags (total length 110–120cm) or structured totes. Waist bags are best worn across the chest to enhance your outfit's layering.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

11. Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Returns & Refunds
12. Can I return bags?
Because bags are natural and delicate, we accept returns only within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items. Buyer pays return shipping. For damaged items, contact us within 7 days with photos – we will replace or refund.
